1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using RestoYantra, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the software on behalf of a restaurant or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. SaaS Subscription & Trials

RestoYantra is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS). We currently offer a 30-day free trial (limited time offer) for new owners to explore all premium features. After the trial period, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue accessing the service. No credit card is required for the trial.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
  • Ensuring that your staff uses the software in accordance with local laws.
  • All activities and transactions that occur under your restaurant's account.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime and data accuracy, RestoYantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or business interruption during internet outages (though our Offline Mode is designed to prevent this).

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any major changes via the email address associated with your account or through a dashboard notification.
